Chance A Somewhat Normal Student!! (NYU, UCB, UCLA, Columbia, etc.)

<p>Hi! I am a Junior in a NorCal High School and looking to be chanced for the following schools: NYU, Columbia, Cornell, UCLA, UCB, UCSC, UCD, and Sarah Lawrence. </p>

<p>-GPA: (Freshman, Sophmore, and 1st Semester of Junior) UW- 3.83 W- 4.2
(We can only take AP's starting 11th grade)
-AP's Taken So Far: AP US History, AP Enviornmental Science, and AP Psychology.
-Next Years AP's (already assigned): AP Euro, AP Calculus, AP Chem, and AP English.
- Community College classes: Trigonometry (A), Statistics (currently taking), and Photography(A).</p>

<p>-SAT: Math 650 CR: 750 W: 660<br>
-SATII: Chemistry: 650 Latin: 780 </p>

<p>-ECs: Vice Pres, Mock Trial, JSA, Editor of Political Events of School Newspaper and next years, Summer Internship at 7x7 Magazine, ROOTS & SHOOTS Volunteer leader and began my schools R&S, Volunteer with UCSF helping their Children with Autism division. </p>

<p>-Job(s): Summer Internship at 7x7 Magazine. CURRENTLY: Assistant for a Published Author in SF (who shall remain nameless). Duties include corresponding with Book Editor and Publishers.</p>

<p>Intended Majors: Not sure yet however I would apply into CAS for NYU.</p>

<p>I live in Northern California too! You seem to be taking some pretty rigorous classes and you are involved in a very Journalism/Writing based EC's which may or may not work in your advantage depending on what your intended major is. A 2060 on SAT is by no means a low score but for Columbia it may need to be a little bit higher, somewhere in the 2100 range.
