Essays: Everyone who's read them has said they're pretty good, especially my common app essay.
Recs: One should be excellent, the other should be very good. Guidance councilor rec is questionable, she's new and sort of overloaded.

Great shot at Brown as a legacy. For the other ivies we’d need to know more about your rank. Even if your school doesn’t rank they will know where you fall in your class and want you to be very near the top. Strong shot at the rest.

I think that you are definitely competitive. I’d imagine that you’d be able to get into Brown and the majority of the other schools. Stanford and the other Ivies will be difficult, as they are for everyone, but you have a chance. Best of luck!

dude, you’re exactly the applicant that screams out “Ivy”… excellent boards, strong extra-curriculars, your GPA is a little weak UW (but, I’m assuming weighted, it’s right along their middle 50%), you took every AP imaginable and scored extremely well, and it’s great that your essays/recs are strong; here are my chances:

Amherst: Low-Reasonable Reach (Best LAC in the country)
Boston College: Safety
Brown: Reasonable Reach
Columbia: Reasonable Reach
Duke: Match-Reach
Northwestern: Safety-Match
Princeton: Reasonable Reach
Stanford: Reasonable Reach
Chicago: Match
Vanderbilt: Safety

Hope this helps!! Please chance me!!

I think you’re in everywhere except Stanford and Princeton which are slight reaches . You’re a solid applicant even though nothing I see truly stands out.

Chance me back please!

you are golden. Powerful shots at all schools :)
