I'm a senior applying to college, now wondering if I should try to retake the SAT in January.

I have a 2060: 690CR 680M 700W
That was my second time taking it. The first time I got an 1880.
I also took the ACT in between and got a 27 composite.
SATII: Bio: 650 US History: 700 (Literature: 510... I did it standby, and I probably should have done Math II)

I'm applying/already applied to the following schools:

Carnegie Mellon (for Industrial Design. It's my dream school, and I'd probably have no shot at any of their other schools, but I think I have a chance at CFA)
University of Cincinnati (DAAP for Industrial Design) - Accepted already
UMass Amherst - (EA, but haven't received my decision)
Northeastern (CAS undeclared) - Deferred
RPI (Design and Innovation)
BU
NYU
Syracuse

And I might apply to Georgia Tech for ID and possible RIT.
McGill and UToronto were also being considered.

My GPA is a little bit low, Cumulative is 4.2/6.0 (My school has a weird GPA system, so I have no idea what it would really be on the 4.0 scale). There is an upward trend and my senior grades are good (mostly As in all honors or AP classes). I've taken mostly honors classes in HS, and my school really only offers AP classes to seniors (I did take AP US last year and I got a 4).

My essay for the common app was pretty good, I did a lot of editing with my english teacher. My recs are also pretty good. My GC's helps explain my low GPA (issue with ADD medication and some other problems). I also have one from outside of school that is pretty positive. My ECs are mostly design and technology related. On the common app I talked about doing graphic design work for clubs at my school. I also talked about an interview podcast I do and I blog I maintain (and how I've written for other tech news sites).

I know at places like CMU, people get accepted into CFA with 1800 SATs, but at some of the other schools I think I might need something higher if I'm not applying for an art major. So, do I have a shot at any of these schools? Should I retake the SAT?

Oh... and I'm a white jew from massachusetts :P if that matters.
I posted this before, but my title apparently was too specific.
