<p>Assuming I have close to a 4.0 college gpa, what would you say my chances are for a transfer?</p>
<p>Which program are you trying to transfer into? Engineering, LSA, Business? Each have varying degrees of requirements for their transfer students. Can you elaborate on the “close to 4.0 college gpa” because I know Michigan specifies they will prefer junior transfers. Another thing to consider is that although they will holistically review your application, the weight put on your high school record will be diminished more as they would rather look at upward trend and college performance. Given the information you put on here, you would have had an okay shot of getting in out of high school so assuming you do well in college I wouldn’t foresee any issues.</p>
<p>If you have a 4.0, your chances at transferring are amazing but the problem is getting that 4.0. Ask this question again when you actually have some college stats because there are so many undetermined variables at this point, no one can actually chance you.</p>
