Schools I plan on transferring to
Georgetown
NYU
University of Virginia

What college your currently attending has more weight on your transfer then HS. If your got a 4.0 through one year at a good school, that will definently help. It does depend on your current classes and activites (just like a HS applicant). But you look in good shape, keep in mind many schools have super strict and low rates of transfer admissions no matter how well you did.

Applying to transfer after one year means all you have is one semester of grades to base your application on. You will have a significantly better chance if you wait to apply until your sophomore year.

Please do not count on getting a 4.0. I don’t think you understand how difficult that is.

Also, do you need financial aid? NYU does not meet full need and is not known to be generous for transfer students.

^ I thought that the transfer rate for juniors is lower than it is for sophomores, judging from the threads (notably NYU) at college confidential.
