Chance a transfer student

I (like others on these boards) are starting this process early. I'm still kind of poking through the colleges trying to get a feel of which is best for me. I'd love to get some opinions on chances for the following schools:

USC
Pomona College
Pitzer College
Brown University
Cornell University
Wesleyan University

Me:
-Transferring as a junior from a community college
-Accepted to great schools as a freshman but couldn't afford the tuition, went to the single in-state school I applied to, dropped out after a few weeks, moved to CA for a while, moved back, and started at a cc.
-During my second quarter back in college, my grades slipped down to a 3.25 after a huge family tragedy which is why my GPA is only a 3.71 right now. I will explain this on my app.

Stats:
-College GPA: 3.71
-High school GPA: 3.6
-ACT: 29
-AP: English- 4

EC:
-High school: 100+ volunteer hours, Multi-Cultural Student Union, Politics Club, Fashion Board, work
-College: Phi Theta Kappa, work
-In between: started a project with a music website where I would draw or paint posters for them to digitally post.

Recs:
-I have one AMAZING rec lined up and I'm not sure who I will ask to do my second one.

And go! Thanks so much!
