Chance a transfer to Northwestern?

OK, I'm going nuts here. I applied a week ago and I'm not sure I can make it the rest of the time! Here are my stats:
College GPA: 3.4
HS GPA: 3.4
ACT: 31 composite. 29 math, 33 reading, 33 English, 27 science.
Extracurriculars: I work as a volunteer counselor at a shelter for teens in crisis. I lead group therapy every week and work with the teens individually. I've done this for a year. I also have been working in a lab this school year doing research on developmental disabilities and working with children.
Recommendation Letters: Two, both excellent. One referred to me as "the brightest student he ever had" and "brilliant and kind." Both checked all "top 1% I ever had" for all the boxes on the Common App Instructor Evaluation form.
Essay: Honestly, it's really pretty good. I'm a freelance writer and copy editor so I think I know what I'm doing.
Other: I'm disabled. I have a learning disability and a mental health disability. I didn't name my disabilities on the application at all, though. I receive accommodations from my school, and I mailed in the official form with my application.
I go to UW-Milwaukee, which is 90 miles north and is a minor state college.
The Director of Undergraduate Studies in my department knows and likes me. I'm pretty sure he'll be on the admissions committee, but I mentioned him in my essay so I'm thinking hopefully they'll send him a quick email about me if he isn't. When I met with him in January he kept saying, "WHEN you transfer..." like I was going to get in... I don't know.

What do you guys think? Do I have a chance?

Please? I’m dying here lol

Hello? Hello hello?

bump… please?
