I got a 2310 on SAT, and also 2330 total in SAT II's (i took 3)
I have gotten straight A's and I am ranked in top 3% of my class.

I have spent most of my life since Middle school on Trombone.
Just 2 other clubs, president and VP, but to me, they're not as important as Trombone.

Since 7th Grade, I've gotten 1st Chair Trombone in the All State Band 4 times, which is like being the best in state at Trombone in my grade. I am from a southern State west of Mississippi, where it has a very competitive music environment. also, I performed with my State's finest youth symphony and wind bands.

I sent in my CD recording to colleges, and I thought it was pretty good.

Music is my passion and I wish to study music, if not, at least do a concentration in it. but I also want to study other liberal arts subjects in college as well. Would being a skilled Trombone player put me in a favorable position?

Thanks,
