Chance a typical Indian for top schools!! Thx!

<p>Hello everyone,</p>

<p>I really want to apply for the following schools, </p>

<p>Here's all my stats and all my information: </p>

<p>Race: Indian
Gender: Male
High-school: really competitive, they are at least 8 kids each year who go to Ivy schools, this high school is one of the top three in Wisconsin in statistics<br>
Income: 200K of taxable income, 280K if you include benefits</p>

<p>Class Rank: 96% (my high-school does not weight GPA's)
GPA:3.98 (B in 1st sem. of Algebra 3A)-unweighted
ACT:34
SAT:2300
SAT-II:
790-Math
800-Chemistry
780-World History
AP Exams-
All fives </p>

<p>Courses: I don't want to list them all.. but here's all the basic info. </p>

<p>-2 Grades advanced in Math (always had to do honors classes)
-4 years of everything (language, English...)
-took a lot of honors classes over taking average courses (ex: English 10 Honors, Math Chemistry, Math Physics etc.)
-6 science courses </p>

Micro AP/ Macro AP ( each one .5 credit)

Spartan Youth Service: 200 Hours of volunteering (volunteering award) </p>

<p>Work Experience: 250 Hours of work exp. </p>

<p>Debate:

-Octafinalist at Wisconsin State Debate tournament softmore year in Public Forum Debate (100's of people competing)
-Public Forum champion at Wisconsin State Debate tournament junior year (100'
s of people competing)
-Octafinalist at National Glenbrooks tournament (thousands of people competing) </p>

<p>Forensics:
(a couple of awards)<br>
-Qualified to the National tournament in Birmingham, Alabama as a Freshman in Extemporaneous speaking (only two people can go in Wisconsin)
-3rd place in Madison Memorial tournament in triathlon (three events) as a softmore, Winner as Junior
-Champion in State forensics tournament of Wis. in Extemporaneous speaking as Softmore and Junior
-Semi-finalist at the National tournament (thousands of people competing) in extemporaneous speaking as Softmore, Finalist as Junior
-Finalist at Glenbrooks national tournament as a junior (Extemporaneous speaking) </p>

<p>School Newspaper:
-Helped publish 29 issues
-Editor of News Section and Business manager (takes care of advertising etc.) </p>

<p>Robotics (part of FIRST Robotics):
-Organized and managed 40 people to build a 6 foot by 6 foot robot for softmore and junior year (project manager)
-Vice President of Business Department (managed accounts and over 60K) softmore year
-President of Business Department (managed accounts and over 60K) junior year </p>

<p>Chess Club- no awards :)</p>

<p>Recommendations and Essays:
7 Recommendations (5 excellent, 1 very good, 1 good)
*One recommendation is from the teacher who gave me a "B", he writes about I cared about learning, not about grades
*One from Forensics coach, another from Debate coach (both excellent)
Excellent Essays (well thought-out, checked by teachers) </p>

<p>i think u have a great shot, low-match for all of them except for MIT which is a crapshoot for all kids.</p>
