Chance a US Student for British schools!!!

GPA: 3.7/4.0 UW
SAT: 1700
ACT: (Nvr took... but will take this month) I got a 28 + on my practice tests

EC:President of Science Club
Pres. of Religious Club
VP of Cultural Club
Member of National Honor Soc.
Taking all AP's This year except for Math 4 (Pre-Calc.)
Taken AP World Hist., Psych., Bio. and Econ. (all 4 and fives)

What British school (s) would be a match for me? So far, ive chosen Nottingham and Sussex. Are there any other schools that would admit me in their social or computer science programs? Honest opinions, please!!!

Note: I'm primarily interested in large public British U's. I like diversity and multicultural student life.

I cant chance you, because i dont have a clue what your stats mean. But you do know that all universities in Britain are public, right? All proper ones anyway. And you’re petty much guaranteed to find diversity and a multicultural student body wherever you go.

Oh and your ECs mean nothing unless they’re directly related to your chosen course.

There’s only one private university in Britain. It is rubbish as well.

Your SATs are quite low. Have you considered retaking them? The SATs are what British universities will mainly consider for you, as they do not take GPA into account.

Your SATs are quite low. Have you considered retaking them? The SATs are what British universities will mainly consider for you, as they do not take GPA into account. Your SATs are probably rather low for Nottingham; I don’t know too much about Sussex. It will also depend on what you want to study.

Yeah, I am retaking the SAT. I will also take the ACT. I got a 27 ++ on my practice test for the ACT, so I think I will send that as well.

EC = Extra-Circular Activities; Since I do want to major in a science, me being the pres. of the science club def. helps.

Def helps? Science is a word that encompasses a lot of things, if you did something in that club related to computer science by all means say so. If you didn’t i dont see (and nor will the universities) how its relevant.
