Just curious, how has Holden Caulfield been a positive impact on your life? Because personally I think that he’s one of the worst influences for mankind. Also, I don’t see how being a vegetarian should improve your chances at all.

He, a perfect antihero in my opinion, depicts how a lackadaisical demeanor and general lack of self-discipline causes one to fail. I believe this brought me to realize my lack of understanding of the motivation and reasoning behind my actions and decisions – ultimately developing my interest in cognitive neuroscience.

I see your reasoning. I was curious. :]

and the vegetarian thing isn’t a hook. it’s just different. :D

So have you already applied?*
Of course, you should only worry about half of the unis on the list: Stanford (don’t expect much…it’s Stanford shiver), Cornell (much easier than Stanford, though), and UChicago (not an awesome enough school to fret about). The other half…no brainer!

Well I certainly have. Chance back, ok? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1095407-got-into-my-safety-schools-now-what.html
