Chance a white junior?!

I'm willing to take any news, good or bad, but give it to me straight. Also will I get any significant scholarships? That's very important given my family's financial status, especially at a school as expensive as Wake Forest. Keep in mind that essays/interviews/recs should all be pretty good; I guess I'm a satisfactory writer, and adults usually like me ha.

Academics:
-GPA: 3.7 weighted (bad 9/10, upward trend in junior year)
-Class rank: Non-ranking school; probably top 20 of my class of ~100
-Curriculum: planning to take 4 years French/English/Math/Lab Science/Social Studies; Bible is a required elective each year and I've had other electives every year
-APs: English 11, US History, Government, Economics, English 12, Calc BC
-Honors: Biology 2, Precalculus, French IV, Physics
(* I'm taking these next year)

Scores:
-2070 SAT (730W/650M/690CR on a dry run, definitely going to retake and my goal is 2200)
-214 PSAT (70W/74M/70CR, probably going to be NMF, as Tennessee is pretty low-performing)
-I haven't gotten my ACT scores yet

Extracurricular/other:
-varsity swimming, state team
-club swimming (year-round, practice every night)
-varsity Scholar's Bowl
-Mock Trial
-Mu Alpha Theta
-National Honor Society
-Chem Club
-Chess Club
-Christian Literature Club (treasurer)
-15 hours of service/year (required by school)
-service/mission trip to French Canada in the summer (not included in service hours)
-nationally ranked in the French Grand Concours, 10th grade

I'm not sure about my major, but I plan to go to either law school or medical school (ha sorry, that's really vague).

You are on the right track. Just continue to work hard and I think you will be fine. Wake Forest is very good for Medical School. Something like 95% of kids get into their first or second choices as far as Med school. Most of the kids I know here are aiming towards med school or law school probably.

Excellent. But can you tell me anything about scholarships?

Just got my ACT back, my composite was 32. I'm not sure how SAT and ACT compare, but if I were to send in a score how they are now, which would you recommend?

Turn in your ACT because Wake Forest disregards the Writing portion of the SAT, which is your strongest section.

I can't really predict scholarships, because they are generally based on diversity, special skills (ie: Presidential Scholarhips), if you are from a certain county in NC, that sort of thing. I would certainly apply for them, but I have no idea how much you would get.

Good point, rockerguy.
I guess I should've been more specific, I understand that scholarships are very subjective and conditional. Just in general, do most students get significant scholarships?

I read somewhere on their website that only about 5% of their enrolled students receive on their merit-based scholarships, so I don't think most students receive one.
However, their need-based scholarships and their fin aid are pretty solid, they are need-blind, meet 100% of demonstrated need and cap loans/work-study at 4k. The average student who applies for fin aid gets around 19k a year in grant money.
