<p>Hey everyone! I'm a long time lurker but a first time poster. I applied to William and Mary Early Decision (I really want to go there) and was wondering how my chances look? </p>
<p>-Unweighted GPA: 3.95 (as of the end of junior year)</p>
<p>-Weighted GPA: 4.32 (as of the end of junior year)</p>
<p>-I've taken 5 AP's/IB's last year and this year (and 1 sophomore year) </p>
<p>-1/298</p>
<p>-ACT scores: 32</p>
<p>-ECs: President of DECA, Vice-President of Spanish Honor Society, I volunteer at a swim clinic (past 3 years), Lots of volunteer work through my church, Varsity Swim Team (4 years), NHS Secretary, Chess Club (2 years)</p>
<p>-employment: swim coach and lifeguard during the summer</p>
<p>-honors/awards: science fair awards (regional level), qualified for regional swim meets, several business related awards, attended Governor's School</p>
<p>-Essay/Recs: My Teacher showed me a copy of my recommendation and it was very flattering :) My essay is also pretty good.</p>
<p>-additional information: in-state applicant, white, male, IB Diploma Candidate, pretty competitive school</p>
<p>So do you think I have an ok chance at W&M?</p>
