I am applyingto JHU, Upenn, Cornell, Duke, WashU, Northwestern, Wisconsin, Gtech, Rice, Emory, Case Western, Notre Dame, NYU, Tufts, and Lehigh.</p>
<p>I am plannning on majoring biology or biomedical engineering.</p>
<p>I know it's a lot, but I am worried because U-Mich deferred me. </p>

GPA: 3.9 My school only provides weighted GPA.
My school is a prep boarding school in CT. It's quite competitive.
I have only taken two APs. AP Calc 5 and currently taking APBio
I was in Canada in 9th grade. 9th grade there was like 8th grade in US, so I never got chances to take many APs. </p>
<p>My EC's aren't great. They are mostly voluntary works. I went to Nepal and Uzbekistan for medical volunteer work.
I worked in ICU in a hospital. I also volunteered in a facility that helps autistic children.
I am in orchestra for 4 years, and I have two varisty sports: tennis and wreslting
Also, I translated letters between a mother and her daughter who is adopted to Swedish parents. </p>
<p>I wrote my essay about the letters, and I think it's emothional and personal. </p>
<p>One big major weakness is my probation. I opened up the SAT booklet before directions were given. My counsellor said that she would explain it was a mistake and that I am honest. </p>
