<p>From what I’ve seen on that informational pamphlet, the admission rate for intended biology major transfers is around 50%. I think you stand a solid chance. Here’s a caveat though – biology is not the easiest major. There is a lot of competition for top grades in MCB, which is the same for every other UC campus.</p>
