Chance back if you want, tell me where your post is :)

Good chance at JHU, the Ivys are definitely reaches though. I think your drawing/art will help a lot. Being from Canada and Korean will not.

a lot would be subject to you sending them youre art…very good grades…very good scores.

Cornell–in
Penn–high reach
JHU–good chance
UC Berkely–probably in but not for sure OOS (OOC)
UCLA–same as above
Mich–in

i would have to agree with the two people above.

if there’s a killer essay involved, then you’d most def. be IN. :]

ED will help out. Are you considering it? Your scores and stuff are good but that’s not usually enough:

WealthOfInformation those links can be described as depressing to say the least. And to the OP, good shot at all except Penn, Brown, and Berkeley (OOS), which are reaches.

I think chance threads are really not worth the time.
nicorobin90, apply to each one and see. I mean there isn’t anything to loose, unless you really don’t like the results. I mean I have to say, the people who say your in aren’t always right, the people who say it’s a reach isn’t always right. You have to try to see.

Of course you have a big disadvantage, your international. The top schools don’t take many international students. US students come first usually, then it’s international. Also are you applying for financial aid? (I’m going to assume yes because most people do, especially for international) and that means that you have a bigger disadvantage because the schools you are applying to are not Need-Blind for financial aid.

However, don’t let these things discourage you. I say just apply and see, don’t rely on chance threads to see if you are in, I would say that all of us could not even accurately predict the results. I have a friend whose brother got rejected at Stanford, Yale and other top school. He had a IB Diploma, 2350 SAT and 3.9 GPA, he goes to UM Honors now. I have also seen people with lower GPA and SAT get into Stanford and Yale. College admissions is unpredictable some times, so I say just apply to all of the schools you really want to go to.
