What should I improve?</p>

<p>It’s hard to chance you without SAT scores. Definitely focus on studying for those, but don’t retake the Chem. You also need to keep your grades up (no more Bs) if you want to be competitive.</p>

<p>Honestly though, you really need to work on ECs. You’re apparently very interested in business school, yet seem to have almost no business experience. This is very important: go out and get some internships, found a company, start an equity fund. Trading “virtual” stocks really doesn’t cut it.</p>

<p>Your dream colleges are all high reaches, and your middle tier are all low/mid reaches.</p>
