I super super appreciate anyone who can give me an idea of what I should expect :)

What positions did you hold in the school newspaper?
What awards did you get in math olympiads (participation vs. AIME qualification vs MOP qualification) all makes a difference…

Also, what field are you looking to major in?

With your love for music, I’m confused as to why you only have the Ivy League schools on your list…

Your chances are as good as anyone’s, meaning not so good. All the schools on your list reject thousands of talented, accomplished students every year. You are qualified for all of them, and will probably get into at least one of them, but I strongly suggest casting a wider net. Vanderbilt is strong in music, as well as in STEM subjects. Add some strong public universities to your list (you would probably qualify for Honors programs at some of them), or large, urban universities like NYU and BU. Find some safeties or “low-match” with rolling admissions or non-binding Early Action options, so that you know that you are in somewhere (probably with a nice scholarship offer) before the application deadlines approach.

Thanks for the advice! These schools are just my reaches. I will be applying to other safeties naturally.

Does anyone else have a take/advice?
