-attend one of the top 150 high schools in NJ
-middle class family (parents are struggling VERY badly due to the recession and the high taxes in new jersey, so i will need financial aid)</p>

<p>stats:</p>

<p>-GPA: 3.6
-SAT: 1830 (i am NOT retaking, i am proud of this score because i worked insanely hard to get it)
-RANK: unkown, i would say top 35% maybe
-extracurriculars: MS walk, italian club, NHS
-i also have a job and i work on average 30 hours a week</p>

<p>Clemson looks like a high match/low reach at the moment. SAT score looks good for them. if the GPA is UW, then that’s good. the only thing holding you back from “match” is your estimation of school ranking, but I still think you’d get in.</p>

<p>Which University of Maryland are you talking about? Baltimore County, College Park, etc.?</p>
