What are my chances at:
University of Maryland, College Park
University of California, Berkeley
California Institute of Technology (planning to take SAT II math, SAT II biology ecological)
Carnegie Mellon University

I think yes to umcp (you are in-state, right?), no to Cal Tech and Berkeley. IDK about CM.

yeah, i agree with schomohawlk, the grades and test scores will not cut it for Berkeley or Caltech, and if you apply to EECS at Berkeley, that makes it even harder (i know some top applicants that were rejected from Berkeley EECS)
CMU needs high scores as well, i would highly recommend taking the SATs again.

If your standardized tests are so low, I doubt at Caltech and Berkeley.
Other ones seem like a match&reach.
