<p>Sorry, the only one I know on there is MSU. It will be very tough for you to get in there OOS. I’d say reach. </p>

<p>I’m not sure about all the other schools you listed because my friends with pretty high grades went there But! </p>

<p>I know someone who was a 3.0 GPA student that went to Penn State UP for Computer Science. He didn’t even have amazing ECs or AP Classes (maybe one?) </p>

<p>What about CUNYs or are you staying VERY far away from them? haha. What sort of school are you looking for? Private or Public but only state?</p>
