<p>To answer your question, if you apply to a school via Early Action you will either get accepted, denied, or deferred( put into regular decision pool ). I think the only thing that is holding you back from being a really competitivie applicant is your GPA. Maybe you should write short paragraph explaining your low GPA.</p>
