<p>You can’t apply EA if you apply ED. ED is binding, you sign a contract that you will not apply anywhere else. Cornell, Northwestern, UWash and Carnegie Mellon are all reaches for you with only a 30 on the ACT. You should try taking SAT to see if you can bring your scores up. NYU is a match, I’m not sure about the others.</p>
