About as good a chance as any international student. Remember that you are competing with the top students in India, many of them who have prestigious international awards.

Also, unless you are a US citizen/permanent resident, you are ineligible for National Merit. Do not put that anywhere on your application if that is the case.

I meant National Merit in my country. Also, isn’t WWDC Scholarship considered an international award?

I was thinking along the lines of International Science Olympics finalist/medalist.

Also clarify ‘National Merit’ because that will confuse adcoms. National Merit in most cases refers to the PSAT test taken by juniors in the US. If you do not clarify, this would be misleading.

oh ok. I will still try anyway.

You have a strong profile, especially your focus in activities. “Apple’s WWDC Scholarship Winner” will definitely help you…by further confirming your passion/abilities. Good luck!

Very strong for an international applicant. You have quite a few international awards, and your passion for technology shows through. Write good essays and emphasize the success of your apps, and I think you could get in.
