Chance an international for top schools please!!

Chances into some of the top schools?
Very eager to major in marketing, so I've been looking at schools such as:
Penn Wharton
MIT Sloan
Washington U Olin
Notre Dam
And of course others where I (actually) might have a chance.

I graduated a Japanese school in the states, and continued studying at a university in Japan. However, I decided to quit university to pursue my dream of studying in the States. So right now I am at home studying the SAT all day everyday...

So here are my stats.

Extra Curricular Activities:
- Varsity Rugby Captain (and coached half the time because the real coach was very busy and a nasty injury put my arm in a cast for 10 months)
- Class Representative Committee chairman
- Orchestra Club vice-president
- 288hrs of internship at a local Japanese consulting firm. Experienced very basic bookkeeping, community development, and marketing research.
- Leader of the Pre-entry Program (the orientation program for the new students)
- NHS
- A few volunteering activities with the rugby team (not a lot)
- Work experience during the summers at a Japanese convenience store

Academics:
- About a 3.5 weighted.
- Top 10% rank (pretty sure)
- Honors/AP Classes: English, Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology (Everything except for Japanese)
- Student of the year for World History
- Scored in the top 1% in an Australian science competition
- Scored in the top 0.3% in Australia for a maths competition

GPA seems low but getting a 3.8 weighted at my school is incredible. This is because my school does not strictly follow the US system (remember, it's a Japanese high school)
*Though the AP classes were called "AP", this was just because of the level of the subject. We do not take the AP exams since we all go to college in Japan. Therefore AP/Honors just means the top level of difficulty (which is at an AP level anyway).

SAT I CR: 650
Maths: 800
Writing: 600
I know, I'll need to maximise these in October.

SAT II Chemistry and Maths II (took them last week. Don't know the scores yet)

TOEFL: 113/120

Other Information
- Japanese citizen
- Lived in Australia most of my life (until middle of 10th grade), and then attended high school in NY
- Applying as international applicant and may need financial aid (parents say they can pay about $44,000 a year for ALL expenses at the current currency exchange rates)

And am I considered a minority because I am Japanese? Because I know there aren't a lot of us out there. Or are we considered to be part of the huge group of Asians?

Thank you in advance for those who spend their precious time answering my question
