<p>OK, so… ur international applying for fin aid with sub par stats.
Berekley - dont think Berekley has fin aid for internationals, unless u get Regents scholarship, u gotta pay for whole thing - they might have a limited fund but u have 0 chance of getting it (the truth)
Cornell, DUke, Rice - Unless u consider applying ED, ur chances are slim especially if u apply for aid - all reaches
Cooper Union - no chance</p>

<p>thanks aditi…if i get into cornell ill get the tata scholarship so i dont need any of their fin aid. so i just need to get in which in itself would require a miracle.though my vousin got in last year with a sat 2050 so im keeping my fingers crossed</p>
