What are my chances for Ivy League, Stanford,MIT? Thanks in advance!

Nothing extraordinarily impressive but I suppose a fair shot at those schools. I am not sure whether Stanford/MIT/Ivies will treat you as a international though, as that will affect your chances a whole lot.

I would say you have a really good chance. Especially Cornell, Darthmouth, and Brown. For the rest, you have a good chance but those are REALLY good schools too, and love legacy. Upenn you might also have a fairshot at, if your not applying for their business school.

Yep, internationals on average have an admissions rate roughly half that of US citizens/residents at top schools. So Harvard's admissions rate this year for international students is most probably 3-4% - insanely competitive, if you ask me.

Where you are from might make a difference, depending on the targets and goals of the specific university.

harvard had an international acceptance rate close to 5%...whilst MIT was approx 3.9%...i don't know about the other universities, because frankly i couldnt be bothered looking.
But do apply, strange things happen. I got in.

Though you have to be aware that there is no "medicine" major in most US colleges. You can only do undergrad in pre-med, medicine is grad school. And if you wanna do medicine in US as an international, best keep out of it. Its too tough for internationals.

You seem to have a way-above average chance for these schools, however nothing is ever certain. It will come down to how well you sell yourself. Good Luck.
