<p>Live in Europe, but go to an American School. I'd like to do Elec.Eng preferably w/ Management, and would like to see Universities in my approach in the North American Continent.</p>
<p>Soph. Year:
GPA- 3.5UW || Not sure of weighted. Got a B+ in AP Bio
SAT- 720M 590CR 620W (English is not my strong side) || SAT2 Chem: 680
took the AP Bio Course but not the exam</p>
<p>Jr. Year:
GPA- 3.7UW || Again not sure of weighted, got a B+ in AP phys, and B in AP chem and B+ in AP English Lit
AP Physics B- 4, AP Chem- 3, took AP English lit course but not exam.</p>
<p>Service Learning:- Habitat for humanity- I, along with 2 other friends, led a team of 15 people who set up a fundraising music concert. We used the money to travel 400km to a nearby town where we built/repaired houses for the poor. I was head of the IT sector, creating a website, making contacts with officials and teachers, writing emails, taking videos, editing and documenting etc. (did this both sophomore and junior year) || 1st place in drama at CEESA debate and acting competition (amongst 13 different schools from all over Europe).</p>
<p>Summer before senior yr: Did an internship at the largest steel company in the world in the IT field. I was in Hardware/Networking department. Great exp! I'm 16 so i couldn't get paid.</p>
<p>In school (various awards but listing main ones)- International Student award- Sophomore year || Special Recognition Award for Yearbook/Newsletter (i wrote our HforH experience)</p>
<p>EC:- In the school band (play keyboard/guitar/bass) || In school football and volleyball team || tutored kids in school in academics and guitar </p>
<p>Senior Year Plan:-
taking SAT again in Nov and SAT2 Maths and Physics in Oct
taking AP Physics C: Mech, Calc AB (BC not offered), English Lang and World History</p>
<p>Tried to take the most rigorous course load available at my school... </p>
<p>In the US, I'm looking at Uni of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Georgia Tech, and Uni of Michigan. Also looking at Uni of Toronto (co-op) Engineering course in Canada. I've taken 3 years of French and have passed the Delf A1, A2, B1 exams with 85+/100. </p>
<p>Any recommendation for other universities? advice? Are my Uni expectations too much? I already know I must increase the SAT score, hence taking it again.</p>
