Chance an International student Please!!

I'm applying EA to Michigan and I've read about those threads that talk about how OOS acceptances are just ridiculously rare. ANd I'm guessing applying as an international is even worse. But, I think I'll give it a shot-
Grades-
9th-82
10th-89
11th- 30 (on the IB)
I'm taking the most rigorous course load in IB in both 11th and 12th and I guess that's why my grades are really low.
SATs- 1820 (I'm retaking my SATs in Nov)
subject test- have to take in October
LOR- probably really good

Leadership Positions-
House Basket-ball Captain
House Prefect
Class Secretary
Junior editor of school newspaper

ECs-
House Basket-ball team-2years
School Basket-ball team-2 years
Debate Club
Fine arts-almost done with my portfolio
School newspaper, have been published in literary local paper, yearbook
Throw-ball team-2years
House High Jump Representative for 6years
Table Tennis Team for a year.
Spanish Class level 1.

Awards-
A few sports awards- basket-ball, throwball, table-tennis.
A few certificates of excellence in subjects.

Community Service-
Tutored nursey children everyday for an entire summer.
Old Age home for 6 months
Volunteered at an Aids hospital for a year.

Intership at UB (a great company) which was awesome.
I'll be majoring in Economics.

I realize that my grades and SATs will probably result in immediate rejection (ouch) but my Essays are turning out to be really great and I'm hoping applying ER will increase my chances a lot and anyway, I've never heard of anyone from where I am (an obscure tiny fameless place in India) ever even considering of applying to Michigan, actually I don't think that they know UMichigan exists, always thinking of Harvard.
Any kinda chances are so appreciated. Thanks!

I do not know your GPA.. although its weak

If your ECs/Essays are outstanding (unique) I think chances are not 0%

Remember, believe in yourself ^^

bump. anyone else please?

reach- It can't hurt to apply, though.
