<p>If you need FA (and I don't know if they give any to internationals) your chances don't look good. Your numbers are marginal.</p>

<p>UW uses unweighted grades. There is a chances chart on the freshmen expectations admissions part of the website for grades and test scores- probably better than 60% chance for you. Your ECs sound usual, not outstanding. Don't expect much financial aid as an OOS freshman from what I've heard. Using this info definitely apply to other schools- and you probably mean HS grad class of '09 and college '13...</p>
