Re financial aid for internationals, here is the answer from Middlebury's website:

"Middlebury meets the full need, as determined by Student Financial Services, of any accepted international student, with a combination of work, loan and grant. There is almost always at least a minimum Expected Family Contribution as well."

Please be aware that although a school may say it meets full need, it could expect you to take on a heavy load of loans as part of its financial aid offer - and expect your family to contribute what the college calculates in can contribute.

Your stats are on the low side right now for Middlebury; also, admissions probably won't consider any activity you did for just your freshman year (swimming, Key Club). Work hard on retaking your SATs, try to bring up your GPA as much as possible, and write a tip-top essay.

Good luck and have fun your senior year!

thank-you!
so for middlebury, should i apply for FA? or would they automatically give out FA to int'l students?

You will have to apply separately for financial aid. I recommend you read the information on Middlebury's website for details like deadlines and paperwork you need to submit:
How to Apply / Deadlines

Which country you from?

im from taiwan
