Chance an international!

I'm an Indian student(American citizen) currently doing my A Levels in India. I got my AS grades recently, so I thought now would be the right time to start applying for Spring admission.
My stats go something like this:
9th: 70%
10th Boards (ICSE): 87%
AS Level: AAABD
A Levels predicted: AABB
I have a gap year between the 10th grade and my AS Levels. But I have moved around quite a bit, including at the beginning of the 9th grade, and during the gap year( due to my dads job). And currently I'm living alone here in India, whereas my parents are in the US. So I think I might have a decent explanation for the gap and the not-so-great grades.
I got the D in Math, unfortunately. But I'm retaking that, so my final math predicted grade is a B.
My SAT score (2nd sitting)- M660 CR720 W740
I'm going to give the TOEFL in a week, but I'm pretty confident about acing it.
I have a decent list of extracurriculars with some leadership displayed but nothing extraordinary or impressive. I expect to get at least 2 decent recs, and I should be able to write a pretty good essay.

So based on the little info you have, please chance me for these colleges:
1.Rutgers
2.UPitt
3.TCNJ
4.Fordham
5.Northeastern
6.Bard College
7.NYU
8.U of Miami
9.George Mason University
I am planning on doing Business or Political Science, but I still haven't made up my mind yet.

I know neither NYU nor Bard has Spring admissions, but I wouldn't mind waiting until fall to attend either of the two.

Rutgers SAS: Low match

Fordham: Low match
Fordham Gabelli: Match
NYU CAS: High match
