Chance an OOS applicant?

Due to the excellence of Kenan-Flagler, the low OOS tuition, and the rave reviews I've read about campus life, UNC-Chapel Hill has lately achieved dream-school for me. I know OOS admission is a tough bid, so please be honest about my chances. Thanks!

Intangibles:
My English teacher was enthusiastic about both of my essays, saying that I have good "sentence variance and fluency, concision, and pithiness." My letters of rec come from my history teacher who knows me through class, Boy Scouts, and swim team (he's the coach), and my English teacher (whose class I've done well in I believe). In the Additional Info. section of the Common App, I wrote about coming from a substandard private school and how that affected my grades freshman year (2 C's, mainly B's) in the IB program and how I've worked hard to improve as a student since then.
