Chance an OOS Legacy Please

Before you go and comment that my stats are not good enough to get in OOS, I am aware, they are not. I am a legacy, and UVA's application for OOS legacy is different then every other OOS applicant. My application will be put into the pool of the in-staters, considering me to be an in-state student in the application process.
The legacy acceptance rate is about 50%

Whoops! My bad. Don’t worry my essays have been read over by 3 different teachers and a college advisor, but you didn’t have to be so rude :/

Chanced you! Good Luck!!

This entire thread is defensive; you’re the one putting out a chances thread with spelling mistakes and trying to convince people that you have a 50% chance of getting in because you are a legacy, yet telling people that your stats are not good enough. I am not an admissions officer and neither are 99% of people on this forum, so no one has a true idea of what your chances are, especially at a school like UVA where instate kids with perfect SATs get rejected every year. But my advice stands: if you want your essays to be “very good” then make sure you have some people grammar check them to increase your chances. I’m also pretty sure my previous post was not worded rudely (perhaps terse), but this one is pretty snarky compared to my normal posting tone, I will pre-admit - based on your reply.

For the best “chance” you are going to get, I highly recommend the Admission Liason Program. Its worth the trip and very informative for legacies.
