UC GPA- 3.62 (UW) 3.85 (W) *Excellent upward grade trend.
ACT- 25
SAT IIs - Lit: 550 Math2: 560</p>

AP American Gov.</p>

<p>Teacher & counselor recs- excellent, lots of thought put into both.
Essay- very good.</p>

-Gold Medal at the Jewish Olympics
-Play in competitive tournaments locally

<p>Well the UC's are ridiculous for OOS students, but you can give it a shot.</p>

<p>I would say that UCSB/UCD/UCI are all slight reaches. You have the gpa, but your ACT score is definitely going to hold you back. </p>

<p>^Yeah, you can take them then. Write good essays (and try to get your SAT up, if possible) and you should get in.</p>
