What do you think? Is there anyone here who has transferred into Cockrell from a community college, and if so what was your GPA? I just need to know if I even stand a chance.

Hey I didnt transfer into UT from a Community college but from UH which is pretty close. lol

You should be fine with that GPA. I got in with a 3.78 and 52 credits. I was also applying to Chemical Engineering. Hope this helps.

I got into Electrical Engineering with around a 3.5 gpa with two letter of recommendations

were the letters of recommendation from a high school teacher or college prof, i dont know which one they are referring to on their site.

One of em was from my college professor and the other was from a college teacher assistant
