Chance and I Chance Back!

Okay so I'm currently a senior and I've been looking at some schools and I'd like your opinion on these things. I hope to pursue either a statistics or medical career

Me: Male, Full Asian, age 17, middle class family (parents refuse to tell me financial standing), public school

My Stats:

GPA: 9-12 Unweighted: 4.00 9-12 Weighted: 4.38 10-12 Weighted: 4.56
Class Rank: Unknown but I'm pretty sure it's top 7 (Positive i'm not in top 4 though because people stack more than me :|)

SAT: 2230 (800 math 730 Writing 700 Critical Reading - shoot me i missed 6 vocab questions..)

ACT: 34 Composite (35 math 35 science 34 reading 31 writing 10 essay)

SAT II: 780 Math II 780 Biology-E 760 Chemistry

AP Scores: European History-5 US History- 5 Chemistry-5 Statistics- 5 Biology-5 English Language/composition- 4

Senior Courses: AP Literature, AP American Government, Calculus (taken through college but on school site; will be taking ap test for this if i have to), AP Physics, Advanced Pre-med (some anatomy class we have at school, will be my second year taking it since it's a 2 year long class) Orchestra (how bad will it be to drop it this year since i'm really fed up with our school conductor?)

Extra Cirriculars

Sports- Track (2 years) Cross Country (1 year) ---- How bad will this look since i quit them after sophmore year?

Orchestra- 4 years out of school at community orchestra, 4 years in school (how bad will it look if i drop the in school one senior year because the conductor is seriously out to get me)

Science Olympiad- 4 years with 10 regional medals (best being 2nd place for boomilever) and 1 state medal (elevated bridge). Also currently captain of the team this year

Clubs at school

National honor society- 3 years no leadership position though
Club med- currently treasurer and have been in it for 3 years since it was formed by my friend; failed to make usa biology olympiad semifinals cutoff by 1 point
Math club- currently treasurer and have been in it throughout high school; participated at Math Day at the Beach (some competition for schools); failed to make AMC 12 cut off by 2 points

Events I have not done but will plan to do this year:

Chemistry Olympiad and Physics Olympiad- Tried to do chem last year but we couldn't register at my school for some reason
Science Bowl- I formed the team this year and we'll be competing well past college apps but mainly doing for fun
Quiz Bowl- I formed the team this year and will be competing before college apps are due

Research/Work Experience

Weekend Research at Cal State Fullerton for around 40 hours (yeahh it was short :|)
Worked in eye doctor's office during 11th grade summer for 400 hours

Well that's pretty much me. Also, I'm horribly addicted to online games and it has wasted the equivalent of 214 days of my life, but I am currently the warlord (I command about 300 teenagers which is quite a feat if you ask me) of the #1 clan in this Mmorpg that has about 1 million people playing worldwide, can i put this on my application for leadership? Or will colleges see that as a joke?

Will be getting my letters of req from:

Math teacher (statistics) and he's known me for 4 years since he's the coach for science olympiad at my school and I did extremely well in his class (3rd person in 14 years of teaching to get an A+) and I got a school medallion for that class (awarded to only 4 people in entire mathmatics department and usually for only people for calculus but i was an exception last year). He's asked me to aid for him this year in order to help students in his class and also to teach sometimes

Science Teacher (Advanced pre-med) and she's known me for 2 years and I have been near the top in her class and have also asked her for help on out of school stuff. Also got a school award for this class. Planning to ask her because I'm interested in a medical career, BUT would asking my ap chemistry teacher be better? (For my chemistry teacher I did reasonably well in his class, but i heard his letters are very generic)

History Teacher (AP US) required for MIT's application and I really do'nt know how good of a letter this will be because he has a tendency to forget people's names and who they were even though I was top in my class.

My essay: Assume an average essay since i'm not that good of a writer (as you can probably tell from reading my post)

Schools (regular undergrad): UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, UC Irvine, Stanford (My dream school), Yale, MIT

Schools (medical programs): Brown, USC, Rice, Washington University

So yeahhh that's me and thanks for reading this wall of text! Chance me and I'll take time to chance you back. THankss
