Chance!! and Please give me some feedback!!

I am like you some of guys that I aim for Upenn this year(especially Wharton or Huntsman). Ever since I've got here 10th 2nd semester, matriculating to Wharton was what my life was for. However, I've got some problem now.

Fortunately, I found this website pretty early. I saw the tons of stats who got in, defered, or rejected. I have been intimidated by fantastic activities or scores. Then I kicked my ass off to be one of them. Thanks for fear I had, I have at least pretty decent extra curriculum and scores.

-activities-
Nationally ranked debater(original oratory), Placed 3rd in state.
World Schools Debate Championship chairman(summer job)
Diocesan representative pianist(99/100 in audition), Diocesan representative bass. 2 years varsity tennis, 2 years chorus pianist&bass, 1st place in Penn state business competition. Korean Economics Quiz bowl finalist. Korea International Youth Assemby. AP scholars with Honors

-scores-
SAT 2250(M/800, W/750, CR/700) (retaking October 2350ish)
SAT 2(Math 2 800, Physics 780, taking Chines November)
AP cal AB 5
AP psychology 5
AP biology 4
AP physics B 4

I'm only giving you guys these jerky activities&scores not to boast but just give you guys insight about my situation.
I have weakpoints which are 1)That I transfered school twice, 2)My GPA&rank.

-GPA & Class rank-(Where I need feedback)
4.1, rank 17~21 out of 235. This is what counselor where I'm transferring this year told me. But he told me I will be top 20~25% since that's what I've got from previous school.(What the xxxx is he talking about?)

Obviously my weakpoints are 1)That I transfered school twice, 2)My GPA&rank. And I'm going to write about it in next thread.

What are you gaining by making a chances thread? Will what I say change your decision to apply to Penn? I can understand people who make chances threads with 20 schools when they try to widdle down their list to a few safeties, matches, and reaches. However, something like this does no one any good (unless your self esteem is so low that what I say will deter you from applying). Just apply and see what happens.

Geez, he's just a little anxious about the whole thing. lol.

If you want more insight into your perceived weaknesses, I would consult an admissions officer. They are much better suited to give you advice than we are. good luck.
