Northwestern and Tufts are probably no gos because their engineering programs have gotten more selective and they try to admit all around strong applicants (so your Cs are worrisome)
UChicago is also extremely selective but because they tend to lean more towards humanities, computer science gives you an edge
UMich is actually a great suggestion, though, as their engineering is up and coming and theyd be more lenient in the application process, especially being a state school</p>
