Chance as Class of 2016?

As a junior, I want to know if I'm on the right track. I know I need to retake the ACT and take the SAT's but is there any other flaws?

School: Public/ URM- 6 blacks in my school at most.
GPA:
9th- 3.9 UW
10th- 4.0 UW

(I know 3.5 is bad but 2nd quarter I've been acing so I'm expecting at least a 3.8 by the end of the year plus IB weighting)

IB Grades are multiplied by 1.1 for weighting btw

Are you really asking for us to chance you? I mean, seriously, you can just go on Collegeboard’s website and determine whether you fit the GPA requirements. It’s really not that difficult, especially considering, if you really want to go to Binghamton and actually researched about the school, you should know your GPA is quite good.

Staying on topic, you’re on your way to getting accepted. Aim for a minimum of 1250-1350 superscore on your SATs.

Ouch! It’s funny because I looked at your past posts and you did the same thing…why didn’t you go to collegeboard and look up the stats for SUNY/CUNY schools?

Anyways, Thanks.

I sure did, because I was uneducated, and I hardly had grades/accolades that matched yours. Your merits are palpably fit for Binghamton.

Hmm, I appreciate your honesty and help. Thanks again.

Um I would say you’re on the right track. Like the other poster said just aim for a 1350+ on the CR+M SAT and you’ll be as competitive as most of the applicants. Who knows though.

I did get a 166 on my PSAT but I’m not really sure if that really seals the deal in getting a 1660+ on the SAT. Hopefully it does, thanks.

0% chance of getting in without standardized tests.

Obviously dudecollege! I’m not sure if you read my post but i DID take the ACT in 10th grade and plan on taking it again in April. As for the SAT, I’m going to wait to see how I do on the ACT.

dudecollege was clearly being sarcastic. Its so blatant, even through a computer.
