I go to a pretty competitive school as well. A Hispanic girl got into Brown last year with like a 1330-1350 and I don’t think her EC’s were anything that special. I think her essay might have gotten her in, so I have been working really hard on mine. Any thoughts? Could I get in?

Anyone????

im currently applying to brown ed.

my question for you is- why are you applying to brown?

if you can truly show brown why you want it, that could be a big plus to your admission chances.

I basically want the best education I can get and I think the absence of a core curriculum would give me some oppritunities to learn about new things that I haven't had a chance to learn about and ultimatley major in something I am passionate about (whatever that may be).

Why did you apply early?
