<p>well i heard this from someone else....to get an average there has to be people above and below the mean SAT and gpa scores. your gpa is impressive, and that SAT might be ok. I would say a toss up, simply because only about a quarter are accepted. are you in california or not?</p>

<p>natureboy, i think you have a good enough stats to get into cal poly. you have a high GPA and all those extra-curricular activities to balance your SAT scores, so i'd say you'd get in:) mine is similar to yours, only not as good...lol</p>

Business: 1102 / 3868 GPA 3.95 ACT 28 SAT 1251
Liberal Arts: 1360 / 5521 GPA 3.92 ACT 27 SAT 1232</p>
<p>I'm in at Cal Poly ED Aero Eng. 4.2 GPA weighted, 1340 SAT. No AP but 20 science, math, psych, semester units Community College (more fun than AP classes and tests).</p>

<p>I think that you have a very good chance. An aquaintance just got in and I believe her GPA was 3.7ish and SATs 1250 ish</p>
