Chance at Cal Poly SLO as a Pomona Transfer?

Hello all, a bit of background, upon applying to colleges two years ago, I applied to strictly chemical engineering schools because that's exactly what I wanted to be..and I was accepted into UC Berkeley, Davis, and Pomona for ChemE..ultimately chose Pomona for its strategic location in concern with job opportunities (plus the program is amazing..)

Now I really figured out after my internship with Chevron that Biomedical Engineering is definitely the course I want to take with my life…I wanted to get into pharmaceuticals with the degree in ChemE anyways..

Now what would my chance be at getting into Biomed Eng for Fall 2015? Right now I have roughly 50 units completed that are transferable and plan to have at the minimum 90 by Spring quarter of this year. Also I will have all but one desired major courses completed. My GPA comes out to be about 3.69 (as of right now) only calculating from my transferable units. My CPP Cumulative GPA is 3.928 if it matters..

I've held one (basically two) internships with Chevron (Winter/Summer) working under a PE for Pressure Regulation during winter and just finished the summer working in Process Control. I also worked with the company BioRad here in the Bay Area where I'm from. I've clocked over 200+ hours in extracurriculars including sports (Basketball, Soccer, Golf), volunteer clubs, and national clubs such as the American Institute of Chemical Engineers..

What would be my chances at transferring into Biomed at SLO? I do plan on applying as a transfer for two other colleges. Also does anyone know roughly how many transfers were accepted this year? I know a CSU -> CSU transfer is almost impossible..but I'm hoping my persistence and hard work can pay off! May anyone please chance me? Very new to this site, but I've seen nothing but helpful people in terms of anything people have asked so I have hopes of excellent responses!

Thank you all in advance for this long read..means a lot to me!

WOOPS! My transferable units GPA is 3.369* I had the absolute worst teacher for Physics…failed you’re entire test if you missed three points on free response questions…there were 20 of them -__-

But what can I do! Anyways sorry for the typo!
