Chance at CMU/MIT/Cornell/CalTech/UIUC?

Okay, so i'm an American Citizen (Indian ethnicity) living in India currently. My intended major is Computer Science

Academics:
SAT I - 2190 (750M/730CR/710W)
SAT II Math - 800
SAT II Phys - 780

Freshman/sophomore year (IGCSEs) - 7A*s and 2As - (I guess you could say it's the equivalent of a 3.9-4.0 on the GPA scale)

Junior Year - (Predicted Grades) - 41/42
IB Computer Science HL - 7
IB Economics HL - 7
IB Math HL - 7
IB English SL - 6
IB Spanish SL - 7
IB Physics - 7
AP Microeconomics - fairly certain i'll get a 5 (results coming out this week)
AP Computer Science - 4 or 5 but just assume a 4...

Class Rank this year - 1
Also i'm pretty sure, i'll get a 41/42 or a 42/42 in senior year.

ECs:

Designed and implemented a website for my school, and wrote all of its content. (PHP, HTML, CSS)

Wrote a pretty simple Android Application (although the GUI was a pain and pretty complicated to design) - (Java, XML)

Internship in a technology/telecomm company for a month where I went around the city selling their product. At the time I was really into Economics so that's why I decided to do it, but it pretty much resulted in me liking Comp Sci a lot more...

I've been playing the guitar for about 4 years now, played in a (rather unconventional) orchestra, and played in another performance as well as rhythm guitar. I'm fairly good (but not amazing) and i'll record something for each university's supplement.

Taught basic IT skills at a government school for a year (Word/Excel processing). In India, the public school system is pretty pathetic, so volunteering at one isn't as big of a deal as if you were teaching at a public school in the US.

Volunteered at a hospice for a few months

Essays/Recs:
My Common App essay is personal and unique, but I guess i'm biased towards myself so lets just assume its average.
I can get pretty good recs from my two teachers. I might also get one from the guy who I worked for during the internship.

I realize I have no where near the amazing ECs of a lot of people in this forum, which is why I think all of my schools are probably reaches (except UIUC).

If it matters, i'll be applying to Cornell ED or MIT EA or perhaps none at all. I'm not sure yet.

Thanks for any advice!

pretty impressive resume

UIUC- safety
CMU - match
Cornell - Match
MIT - Reach (as its a reach for almost everyone)
Cal Tech - Reach

UIUC- low match
CMU - high match to low reach
Cornell - high match to low reach
MIT - reach
Cal Tech - reach
