what are my chances at davidson?

I think your chances are good. Of course, you should show interest by visiting etc, and I reccomend emphasising your volunteer work in the extracurricular section.

yeahhh you SHOULD get in
just make sure you keep up contact with the school, make sure they know how much you want to go there

ps i reccommend applying early if you know its your top school
it makes senior year much easier

thanks for the advice,
what do you think my chances are for the belk scholarship?

You have the stats to be accepted, and your stats are in the range for the Belk. But you need to be aware that admission to Davidson is much more than stats. They build a class by looking at many factors. Certain things can increase your chances ... superb essays, interesting peer recommendations, "hook," demonstrated interest, applying ED, etc. Just remember that at schools like Davidson, where there are far more very highly qualified applicants than there are spaces in the class, admission is NOT a given. Be sure to find other great schools you'd love to attend & apply to them, as well.
