Imo Penn will be extremely tough, almost out of reach. Also Vandy and Emory will be rather difficult too. GTech and UNC will be more attainable for you.
Other than write strong essays there isn’t much that you can do in December of your senior year – you are already applying to colleges so your profile in terms of academics, ECs is pretty much complete at this point. The question is do you want to add any schools that fall between the selectivity levels of GaTech and UGA into the mix of where you apply?
not sure if you can do anything about it now, but ga tech really values any involvement with them. whether that be, ga tech math (multivariable calc), summer programs, research you’ve done with professors. try to highlight these if you can.
