Chance at getting into MIT or Stanford?

Let me start out by saying that I have read some of the other threads and know that an estimate is impossible. Even still I would like some feedback if I am in the:

Has a very small chance to no chance at all.

Has an equal chance as the normal applicant.

Has an abnormally high chance in getting in.

Also, if it is possible to provide additional feedback on how I can increase my chance of getting in.

I am really wanting to go to MIT not Stanford, but I would like info for both please

Stats:
3.88 unweighted gpa
4.48 weighted gpa
Class Rank = Top 5% (this is with the class ranking of the class above mine because I am graduating early - will they take this into consideration because otherwise I would be 2nd or 3rd for my class of 700?)

Additional Info:
I am self studying for the AP Economics tests as well as the AP Physics tests. As part of teaching myself AP Physics C, I have taught myself a large quantity of Calculus BC and Differential Equations. I earned an average of 98% for my semester grade in Honors Physics 1-2 last semester (my teacher is considered by most to be ridiculously hard too) and I earned 98%'s and above on all of my tests - including my final. I have gotten all A's in my math courses and only 2 B's in my science courses (1 in Honors Chemistry and 1 in Human Anatomy). Since my teacher as a notorious reputation for being extremely hard (harder than AP CHEM), would MIT and Stanford see an A in AP Chem as an eraser effect for my B in Honors Chem (such that they aren't hung up on the fact that I got a B in chem)?

Expected to get 1 more B in high school and that is it (a B in AP English: Language and Composition).

Thanks for any info and encouragement in advance! :)

Graduating early doesn’t help you. Group 1: small chance

^agree. Why graduate early? Use the year to raise your scores, do college level math and improve your ECs, you’ll end up with better college choices that way.

1, small chance, agree, why bother to graduate early?
