Chance at going to BC/NYU

Chance me please, I'm a junior in High School and I want to see where I stand.

I want to go into the Boston College business program majoring in Accounting.

Sat I- 1980
Sat II US HIST- 670
SAT II Math- 690
Ap US History- 4
AP English- 4
GPA out of 4- 9th-(3.5) 10th- (3.55) 11th- (3.85)

I was in my high school's wind ensemble (honors band) for 3 years.
Studied clarinet for 6 years under private instruction.
The Bible Club for 3 years.
Did Waksman (science research) for 1 year
Will do in Senior year: FBLA, National Honors Society

I have over 100 hours of volunteering at various places including (Senior Center, Church, and a Korean Language School)

I will go to South Korea this summer and home-stay at a student's house to teach him/her English while I live with him for 3 weeks. During the span of those 3 weeks I will go under an internship program at my uncle's business (international shipping business).

So am i doing in terms of BC or NYU?
and do you have any other universities that are noteworthy that I fit into?

i would say both of them are high matches. In my opinion you are a very solid applicant, but what you are offering seems to be slightly below what a school like BC or NYU is looking for. If i were you, i would try to get that sat score up to 2100 and then get a leadership position in a club. Right now that lack of true EC’s may hold you back.
