<p>Could one of you please tell me of my chances at NYU Stern. I am applying there regular decision this year and would like to know what my chances of getting in are. </p>

<p>SAT I: 2300
SAT IIs: Math II 770 US History 730</p>

<p>GPA: 4.4
Class Rank: Top 10%</p>

<p>ECs</p>

<p>Student Government (elected position)
Key Club Lieutenant Governor (elected position)
Writer at student newspaper</p>

<p>Good teacher and counselor recs, good essays (none good enough to be hooks)</p>

<p>Asian applying in the international applicant pool.</p>

<p>What are my chances at NYU Stern?</p>

<p>Your stats are good, the biggest issues I see are the lack of ECs (and no community service) and that you are an ORM/international (both of which make it harder to get in).</p>

<p>I would say a reach because of the lack of ECs/ORM status…</p>

<p>I would say a high match/low reach. Your stats are terrific, but you have no slightly unique or eye-catching ECs. Also, being international will make it more difficult to be accepted.
Though, with your SAT, NYU is still attainable so do not loose hope!
