<p>Great class rank, decent SATs (would be better if they were a bit higher) and a good GPA makes you a good candidate for regular decision. Your essays and letters of rec will be important deciding factors, but I would say that Villanova is a low reach/high match for you, which means you have a fairly good chance of getting in. </p>
